Aftercare

There are two types of aftercare possible for our water feature clients: installed and maintenance services. ‍

Installed systems
Each water feature page has a list of what to expect and some of the practical things we can install to make your lived experience that much better.

Maintenance
As with anything, our water features need expert attention on the odd occasion. Pumps need annual servicing and the larger features, especially the ones with wetlands, have annual services that keep everything fine-tuned. We provide these services to our clients' water features as aftercare.

Landscape Design

We can design your dream landscaping around your new backyard water feature. While we're confident in the designs we've created in the past, we also often work with Tasmanian Designer & Plantswoman, Susan McKinnon.

Paving

From pathways to patios, we can build the ideal path from your door to your water feature. Just imagine how eye-catching it would be to have stepping stones with the same stone your pond was crafted with – just another way to tie your oasis together.
